1. Penne pasta - 1 (8 ounce) package
2. Broccoli florets - 3 cups
3. Boneless beef chuck, partially frozen - 12 ounces
4. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
5. Onion, cut into 1/2-inch slices - 1
6. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
7. All-purpose flour - 1 tablespoon
8. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
10. Beef broth - 1 (14 ounce) can
11. Tomato paste - ¼ cup
12. Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Beef and Broccoli Noodle Bowl

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until mostly cooked, about 8 minutes. Add broccoli; continue cooking until penne is tender, about 3 minutes more. Drain and keep warm.

Trim beef and slice into thin bite-size strips.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef, onion, and garlic; cook and stir until onion is tender and beef is browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in flour, salt, and black pepper.
