Products for making granola: nuts and dried fruit washed and dried.

Mix cereal with chopped (not into flour) nuts, honey and olive oil.

Place the resulting mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Remember to stir the mixture every 7 to 10 minutes. Once the oat-nut mixture has acquired a golden, shiny surface, remove the tray from the oven and allow the mixture to cool. Knead the cooled mixture a little with your hands.

Add the coconut shavings to the mixture. Finely chop the dried fruit.

Combine everything in a bowl and stir.

The granola is ready. You can use it right away or set some aside to make other desserts.

Cut the fruit into small cubes, the part of the fruit that will be used for decoration, cut as planned. Mix the yogurt well with the vanilla sugar.

Layer the prepared foods in a salad bowl. On the bottom - a layer of muesli, then chopped fruit.

Pour vanilla yogurt on top.

And another layer of crunchy granola on top.

Decorate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
