1. 2/3 cup honey -
2. 1/2 cup canola oil -
3. 1/3 cup packed brown sugar -
4. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract -
5. 4 cups old-fashioned oats -
6. 1 cup sliced almonds -
7. 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut -
8. 1/2 cup sesame seeds -
9. 1/2 cup salted sunflower kernels -
10. 2 cups raisins -

How to cook deliciously - Crunchy Granola

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 300°. In a small saucepan, combine honey, oil and brown sugar; cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla.

In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, coconut, sesame seeds and sunflower kernels. Add honey mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Spread onto 2 greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans.

3. Stage

Bake 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in raisins. Bake until lightly toasted, about 10 minutes longer. Cool completely in pans on wire racks, stirring occasionally. Store in an airtight container.
