1. 1 package yellow cake mix (regular size) -
2. 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix -
3. 1 cup water -
4. 1/2 cup canola oil -
5. 3 large eggs -
6. 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract -
7. 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut -
8. 2 tablespoons poppy seeds -
9. Confectioners' sugar -

How to cook deliciously - Coconut Poppy Seed Bundt Cake

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, dry pudding mix, water, oil, eggs and extract; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Stir in the coconut and poppy seeds.

2. Stage

Pour into a greased and floured 10-in. fluted tube pan. Bake at 350° for 48-52 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
