Ingredients for - Harvey Wallbanger Cake

1. 1 package orange cake mix (regular size)
2. 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
3. 4 large eggs
4. 1/2 cup canola oil
5. 3/4 cup orange juice
6. 1/4 cup vodka
7. 1/4 cup Galliano liqueur
8. Glaze:
9. 2-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
10. 4 tablespoons orange juice
11. 2 tablespoons butter, melted
12. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
13. Optional: Assorted white sprinkles and citrus fruit segments

How to cook deliciously - Harvey Wallbanger Cake

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.

2 . Stage

In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients; beat on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium 2 minutes. Transfer batter to prepared pan.

3 . Stage

Bake until top springs back when lightly touched, 45-50 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

4 . Stage

In a small bowl, mix glaze ingredients until smooth. Pour over cake. If desired, top with white sprinkles and serve with segmented citrus fruit.
