1. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - 4

9. Fresh mozzarella, cut into small cubes - ¼ cup
10. Chopped fresh basil - ¼ cup
11. Grated provolone cheese - ½ cup
12. Olive oil - 2 teaspoons
