1. Wide egg noodles 1 (8 ounce) package
2. Low-fat sour cream 1 (16 ounce) container
3. Low-fat cottage cheese 1 (16 ounce) container
4. Low-fat cream cheese, softened 1 (8 ounce) package
5. Unsalted butter, melted, divided 2 sticks
6. Low-fat milk ¼ cup
7. White sugar ¼ cup
8. Eggs 6 large
9. Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
10. Crushed cornflakes 2 cups
11. Packed light brown sugar 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Sweet Lokshen Kugel

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rapid boil. Cook egg noodles at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, 7 to 9 minutes.

While the egg noodles are cooking, combine sour cream, cream cheese, 1/2 of the melted butter, milk, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl; beat with an electric mixer until creamy.
