5. Baking powder - ½ teaspoon
6. Eggs - 3
7. White sugar - 1 ¾ cups
8. Vegetable oil - 1 cup
9. Shredded zucchini - 1 cup
10. Applesauce - 1 cup
11. Vanilla extract - 3 teaspoons
12. Chopped pecans (Optional) - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Applesauce Zucchini Bread

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two loaf pans.

Combine flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and baking powder in a bowl and set aside.
