Ingredients for - Pan Fried Daikon Cake

1. Grated daikon radish - 1 ½ cups
2. Salt - 2 teaspoons
3. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
4. Red onion, chopped - ½
5. Egg, beaten - 1
6. Italian seasoned bread crumbs - ½ cup
7. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
8. Paprika - ½ teaspoon
9. Chile-garlic sauce (such as Sriracha®) - ½ teaspoon
10. Vegetable oil for frying - 1 ½ cups

How to cook deliciously - Pan Fried Daikon Cake

1. Stage

Place daikon in a large bowl and sprinkle with salt. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2. Stage

Drain daikon. Stir in garlic, onion, egg, bread crumbs, pepper, paprika, and chili garlic sauce; mix well. Form into 8 patties.

3. Stage

Pour oil into a large skillet over medium heat. Fry patties in hot oil until firm and nicely brown, about 3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
