1. 1 (9-oz.) package cheese tortellini -
2. 1 c. Panko breadcrumbs  -
3. 1/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan  -
4. 1 tsp. dried oregano -
5. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder -
6. 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes  -
7. Kosher salt  -
8. Freshly ground black pepper -
9. 1 c. all-purpose flour -
10. 2 large eggs -
11. marinara, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Parmesan Fried Tortellini

1. Stage

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain.

2. Stage

In a shallow bowl, mix together Panko, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper. In another shallow bowl, beat eggs, and in a third shallow bowl, add flour. 

3. Stage

Serve with marinara.
