1. 1 bag baby Yukon or red potatoes (3 lbs.) -
2. 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar -
3. 3 strips cooked bacon, crumbled -
4. 1 tbsp. Sliced green onions -
How to cook deliciously - Loaded Skillet Potato Skins
1. Stage
Poke potatoes with fork, then place in a large saucepan, covering completely with water. Boil until tender, about 20 minutes.
2. Stage
Arrange potatoes on a cast-iron skillet or baking sheet and use a potato masher to smash each one. Top with cheddar, bacon and green onions and broil in the oven until cheese is melty, about 5 minutes.
