Ingredients for - Cheesy Portobello Burgers

1. 2 large portobello burgers, stems and gills removed -
2. 1/4 c. olive oil -
3. 1 tsp. garlic powder -
4. 1/2 tsp. ground mustard powder -
5. 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce -
6. 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar -
7. 2 brioche buns, toasted -
8. honey mustard, for serving -
9. Tomato slices, for serving -
10. Lettuce, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Cheesy Portobello Burgers

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Stage

In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, mustard powder and worcestershire. Dip the mushroom caps in the mixture and place the mushrooms face-down on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste. Bake for 10 minutes, until beginning to soften.

3. Stage

Flip over mushrooms and fill each cap with shredded cheddar.

4. Stage

Return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and the mushroom is tender.

5. Stage

Spread honey mustard on the bottom buns and place mushrooms on top. Top with tomato slices and lettuce.
