1. 2 lavash flatbreads or low-carb tortillas -
2. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese -
3. 4 ounces sliced turkey pepperoni, chopped -
4. 1-1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning -
5. 1 teaspoon ranch salad dressing mix -
6. Optional: Pizza sauce or ranch salad dressing -

How to cook deliciously - Low-Carb Pizza Rolls

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375°. Grease 12 muffin cups; set aside.

2. Stage

Sprinkle cheese over flatbreads to within 1/2-in. of edges. Top with pepperoni and seasonings. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a short side. Cut each crosswise into 6 slices. Place each slice into prepared muffin cups.

Bake until lightly browned, 12-15 minutes. Serve warm with pizza sauce or ranch dressing, if desired.
