1. 4 ripe bananas -
2. 2 tbsp. strawberry jam -
3. 4 c. crushed cornflakes -
4. 2 tbsp. smooth peanut butter -
5. 4 tbsp. water -
6. Sliced fresh mango (optional) -
How to cook deliciously - No-Bake Cornflake Banana Bread
1. Stage
In a large bowl, mash bananas with jam until smooth. Fold in crushed cornflakes until completely combined. Transfer to a loaf pan and cover with a plate. Let sit until cornflakes are completely softened, 3 to 4 hours.

In a medium bowl, stir together peanut butter and water until smooth.

Drizzle with peanut sauce and serve with fresh mango, if desired.
