Ingredients for - Pesto Ramen

1. 5 tbsp. pesto
2. 3/4 c. water
3. 1 (3-oz.) package instant ramen, seasoning packet discarded
4. Freshly grated Parmesan, for serving (optional)

How to cook deliciously - Pesto Ramen

1 . Stage

In a medium pot 6” to 8” across, stir together 2 tablespoons pesto and water. Add ramen block to pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.

2 . Stage

Cook until noodles are al dente and liquid is reduced and silky, no more than 2 minutes. Remove from heat and fold in remaining 3 tablespoons pesto until combined. 

3 . Stage

Top with Parmesan before serving, if desired.
