2. 3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
3. 4 tsp. kosher salt
4. 1 tbsp. sugar
5. Freshly ground black pepper
6. 1 tsp. minced rosemary
7. 2 clove garlic
8. 1 lb. green tomatoes

1 . Stage

In a small saucepan, combine the water with the vinegar, salt, and sugar, and bring to a boil, stirring. Let the pickling liquid cool to room temperature, then add the pepper, rosemary, and garlic.
