3. 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard -
4. Several slices of cooked turkey breast -
5. 2 tablespoons prepared cranberry sauce or cranberry relish -
6. 1 handful of baby arugula leaves or watercress -

1. Stage

Toast 2 slices of bread.

2. Stage

Spread mustard on one slice, mayo on the other.

3. Stage

To the slice with mustard, add the turkey breast, then the cranberry sauce, then the arugula leaves.
