1. 1 c. unsalted butter -
2. 8 slices Sara Lee Honey Wheat Bread -
3. 1 c. creamy peanut butter -
4. 2 medium bananas, peeled and thinly sliced -
5. 1 tbsp. cinnamon sugar -

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich

1. Stage

Brush butter on one side of each slice of Sara Lee Honey Wheat Bread. Flip the slices over and spread that side with peanut butter. Top half of the slices with banana. Close the sandwiches with the remaining halves.

2. Stage

Heat a large cast iron skillet or nonstick skillet over medium. Add two sandwiches and cook until bread is golden and cheese is starting to melt, about 2 minutes. Flip and continue to cook until cheese is melty and other side is golden, about 2 minutes more. 

3. Stage

Remove to a plate and sprinkle tops generously with cinnamon sugar. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
