Ingredients for - King Cake Truffles

1. 1 (14-oz.) package Golden Oreos -
2. 1 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened  -
3. 2 tbsp. bourbon -
4. 2 c. white chocolate -
5. 1 tbsp. coconut oil -
6. Gold, purple, and green sanding sugar -

How to cook deliciously - King Cake Truffles

1. Stage

In a food processor, add Oreos and crush to fine crumbs, then pour into a large bowl. Add cream cheese and bourbon and stir until well combined. 

2. Stage

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a small cookie scoop, form mixture into small balls. Place on prepared baking sheet and freeze until slightly hardened, about 30 minutes. 

3. Stage

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and oil and melt in 30-second intervals. Use a fork to dip frozen balls into melted chocolate and place back on baking sheet. 

4. Stage

Sprinkle tops with sanding sugar and refrigerate until hardened, 20 minutes.
