Ingredients for - Tangy tomato relish

1. 4 ripe tomatoes , chopped into small chunks -
2. 1 small onion , finely chopped -
3. 3 tbsp tomato ketchup -
4. handful coriander , chopped -

How to cook deliciously - Tangy tomato relish

1. Stage

Mix together all the ingredients, except the coriander, with a pinch of salt. (Can be done up to three days ahead and kept in the fridge.) Stir through the coriander just before serving.
