1. 50ml tequila blanco -
2. 25ml triple sec -
3. 25ml lime juice -
4. 50g fresh or frozen mango pieces -
5. 15ml agave syrup (or sugar syrup) -
6. large handful of ice -
7. slice of fresh mango or sprig of basil -

How to cook deliciously - Mango margarita

1. Stage

Put all of the ingredients (except the garnish) in a blender suitable for crushing ice. Blend until smooth then pour into a margarita glass or large coupe.

2. Stage

Garnish with a slice of fresh mango or a sprig of fresh basil.
