Ingredients for - Lemon drop

1. 1 tbsp white caster sugar -
2. zest of ½ a lemon -
3. 50ml vodka -
4. 25ml triple sec -
5. 25ml lemon juice -
6. handful of ice -

How to cook deliciously - Lemon drop

1. Stage

Put 1 martini glass in the fridge to chill. Mix the white caster sugar with the finely grated zest of the lemon, and set aside.

2. Stage

Pour the vodka into a cocktail shaker and add the triple sec, lemon juice and a handful of ice. Shake really well until the outside of the shaker feels cold.

3. Stage

Dip the rim of the chilled glass in water, shake off the excess then dip into the sugar and lemon zest mix.

4. Stage

Strain the contents of the shaker into your prepared glass and enjoy.
