3. 1 stalk celery, sliced -
4. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved -
5. 1 cup cherries, pitted and halved -
6. 1/2 English cucumber, diced -
7. 1/4 serrano pepper, very thinly sliced, or to taste -
8. 1/2 teaspoon best quality sea salt, plus more to taste -
9. 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus more to taste -
10. 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus more to taste -
11. 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar -
12. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint or chives, or a combination -

How to cook deliciously - Stone Fruit, Tomato and Cucumber Salad

1. Stage

Assemble the salad: In a large bowl, combine the peaches, plums, celery, tomatoes, cherries, cucumber, and serrano pepper.
