1. 8 1/2 oz. whole milk -
2. 1 oz. 40% heavy cream -
3. 1/2 tsp. coriander seeds -
4. 1 cinnamon stick -
5. 1/2 vanilla bean -
6. 1 tbsp. Cacao Rouge-Guittard -
7. 1 1/2 oz. 38% Soleil d'Or Milk Chocolate-Guittard -
8. 1 1/2 oz. 61% Lever du Soleil Dark Chocolate-Guittard -

How to cook deliciously - Bouchon Bakery's Hot Chocolate

1. Stage

Bring the milk and cream to a boil.

2. Stage

Smash the coriander seeds and toast them with the cinnamon stick in a hot pan until fragrant. Add these spices to the hot milk to steep.

3. Stage

Scrape the vanilla bean and add to the milk mixture. Stir in the cocoa powder and combine well.

4. Stage

Strain the milk mixture over the chopped milk and dark chocolate. Mix well until the chocolate is melted. Strain one more time. It's now ready to serve!
