1. 100ml full-fat milk -
2. 2 tbsp natural yogurt -
3. 1 banana -
4. 150g frozen fruits of the forest -
5. 50g blueberries -
6. 1 tbsp chia seeds -
7. ½ tsp cinnamon -
8. 1 tbsp goji berries -
9. 1 tsp mixed seeds -
10. 1 tsp honey (ideally Manuka) -

1. Stage

Put the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
