How to cook deliciously - Caramel Rolo Fudge
1. Stage
Line an 8” pan with parchment paper and coat evenly with cooking spray, then set aside.
2. Stage
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine marshmallows, sugar, heavy cream and butter.
3. Stage
Cook, stirring often, until butter and marshmallows are almost melted, 5 to 6 minutes.
4. Stage
Bring mixture to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Stir in caramel until completely combined. Place white chocolate in a large bowl and pour fudge mixture over chocolate.
6. Stage
Add the whole Rolos to the prepared pan and pour fudge on top. Top with the remaining chopped Rolos.
7. Stage
Let fudge cool to room temperature, then refrigerate in pan until set, about 3 hours.
8. Stage
Slice into squares and serve.
