1. Cooking spray -
2. 16 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups -
3. 3 c. mini marshmallows -
4. 2 c. granulated sugar -
5. 1 c. heavy cream -
6. 6 tbsp. butter -
7. Pinch kosher salt -
8. 3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips -
9. 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract -
10. 1 c. chopped mini Reese's -

How to cook deliciously - Reese's Fudge

1. Stage

Line an 8” square pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray. Line bottom with Reese’s. 

2. Stage

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine marshmallows, sugar, heavy cream, butter, salt, and vanilla.  Cook, stirring often, until butter and marshmallows are melted, then bring mixture to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
