1. 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, plus more softened for pan -
2. 1 (12-oz.) bag marshmallows -
3. 8 c. Cocoa PEBBLES™ cereal -
4. 2 1/2 c. freeze-dried strawberries, divided -
5. 2 1/2 c. dark chocolate chips -
6. 2 tsp. coconut oil -

How to cook deliciously - Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Cocoa Pebbles Treats

1. Stage

Grease a 9"-x-13" baking pan with butter. In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter and marshmallows. Remove from heat and stir in Cocoa PEBBLES cereal and 2 cups freeze-dried strawberries. Pour into pan and smooth top, being careful not to pack into the pan too much. 

2. Stage

Let cool completely, then cut into 15 equally-sized treats.

3. Stage

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals until smooth. Dip half of each Cocoa PEBBLES treat in chocolate and crumble remaining ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries over the chocolate-dipped half. 

4. Stage

Let sit until cool and chocolate has hardened, 30 minutes.
