Ingredients for - Gin & Tonic Pops

1. 1 can sweetened condensed milk -
2. 1 c. limeade -
3. 1 c. tonic water -
4. 1/2 c. Gin -
5. Juice and zest of 1 lime -
6. 12 lime slices, 1/4" thick -
7. 12 Dixie cups -
8. 12 popsicle sticks -

How to cook deliciously - Gin & Tonic Pops

1. Stage

In a large bowl or glass measuring cup, combine sweetened condensed milk, limeade, tonic, gin, lime juice and lime zest. Whisk until smooth and fully combined. Divide mixture among 12 dixie cups.

2. Stage

Insert a wooden spoon or popsicle stick into the center of each lime slice and top on each cup, making sure there is no room between the mixture and lime slice.

3. Stage

Freeze until solid, at least 5 hours and up to overnight.

4. Stage

When ready to serve, cut open the Dixie cups and peel them away from the pops.
