1. 2 1/2 c. pretzels -
2. 4 graham crackers -
6. 1/4 c. tequila -
8. 2 tbsp. triple sec -
10. 8 oz. Cool Whip, defrosted -
11. Zest of 1 lime (plus more for garnish) -
12. Small lime wedges for garnish -
How to cook deliciously - Margarita Pie
1. Stage
Make crust: In a food processor, combine pretzels and graham crackers and pulse to make fine crumbs.
2. Stage
Transfer crumbs to a large bowl then stir in melted butter and sugar. The texture should be similar to wet sand.
3. Stage
Grease a 9" pie plate with cooking spray then press the crust mixture into the dish.
4. Stage
Make filling: In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, tequila, lime juice, triple sec and salt until evenly combined. Fold in the Cool Whip and lime zest until just combined.
5. Stage
Pour filling into the prepared crust. Sprinkle more lime zest on top and garnish with small lime wedges.
6. Stage
Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
