1. Cooking spray, for pan
2. 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
3. 1/2 c. brown sugar
4. 1/4 c. granulated sugar
5. 1 large egg
6. 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
7. 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
8. 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
9. 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
10. 2 (8-oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened
11. 1/4 c. sour cream
12. 2/3 c. granulated sugar
13. 3 large eggs
14. 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
15. 1 tsp. kosher salt
16. 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
17. 1/2 c. granulated sugar
18. 1/2 c. lightly packed brown sugar
19. 2 tbsp. milk
20. 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
21. 1 1/2 c. almond flour
22. 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
23. 1 c. mini chocolate chips
24. 1/2 c. chocolate chips, melted

How to cook deliciously - Cookie Dough Cheesecake Bars

1 . Stage

Refrigerate cheesecake for at least 4 hours and up to overnight. 

2 . Stage

Make the cookie dough: In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy then beat in milk and vanilla. Add almond flour and salt and mix until well combined, then stir in chocolate chips. 

3 . Stage

Roll dough into small balls and place on top of cheesecake. Drizzle cheesecake all over with melted chocolate then slice into squares.
