Ingredients for - Apple Cobbler

1. 6 apples, cored and sliced -
2. 1/4 c. granulated sugar -
3. 2 tsp. ground cinnamon -
4. 1/2 tsp. kosher salt -
5. Juice of 1/2 lemon -
6. 2 c. all-purpose flour -
7. 1/2 c. granulated sugar  -
8. 2 tsp. baking powder -
9. 1/2 tsp. kosher salt -
10. 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, cold, cut into 1/2" cubes -
11. 1/2 c. heavy cream -
12. 1 large egg, beaten -
13. Egg wash, for brushing -
14. Coarse sugar, for sprinkling -

How to cook deliciously - Apple Cobbler

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and lemon juice. Let apples macerate for 15 minutes. 

2. Stage

In another large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Incorporate butter into flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs then stir in heavy cream and egg.
