Ingredients for - Churro Chips

1. 6 medium flour tortillas
2. 4 tbsp. melted butter
3. 1 c. granulated sugar
4. 1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon

How to cook deliciously - Churro Chips

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 425°. Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles. Toss tortillas in butter, making sure both sides are coated. 

2 . Stage

In a medium bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar. Working in batches, toss tortillas in cinnamon sugar. 

3 . Stage

Place on a large baking sheet in a single layer. Bake until crispy, 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool on pan 5 minutes before serving. 

4 . Stage

Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles. Toss tortillas in butter, making sure both sides are coated. 

5 . Stage

In a medium bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar. Working in batches, toss tortillas in cinnamon sugar. 

6 . Stage

Working batches, place tortillas in basket in a single layer. Cook at 375° for 6 minutes.
