1. 1 jar blackberry jam (not jelly) -
2. 1 c. heavy cream -
3. 1 tbsp. confectioners' sugar -
4. 1/2 c. mixed fresh berries -

How to cook deliciously - Blackberry Fools

1. Stage

Pass jam through a fine sieve; discard solids.

2. Stage

With a mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat cream and sugar until soft peaks form.

3. Stage

Gently fold jam into cream to form swirls. Divide mixture among 4 cups, garnish with berries, and serve immediately.
