Ingredients for - Classic Garlic Aioli

1. 2 egg yolks
2. 3-4 garlic cloves, grated
3. 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
4. 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
5. 2/3 c. high quality neutral oil, such as grapeseed or canola

How to cook deliciously - Classic Garlic Aioli

1 . Stage

In a medium bowl, whisk together egg yolks, garlic, lemon juice, and salt until yolks have become paler in color and the garlic is completely incorporated. 

2 . Stage

Slowly start adding in oil, first a few drops and then in a slow stream, as you vigorously whisk. Whisk until you’ve reached your desired consistency. 

3 . Stage

Store in the refrigerator, in an airtight container, for 1 to 2 weeks.
