1. 4 hot dogs -
2. 6 oz. beer -
3. 1/2 onion -
4. 2 jalapeños (optional) -
5. 2 c. sauerkraut -
6. 2 tbsp. mustard -
7. 4 hot dog buns -

How to cook deliciously - Hot Dogs with Beer-Braised Sauerkraut

1. Stage

In a medium pot, bring hot dogs, beer, onions, and jalapeños (if using) to a simmer. Let simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes.

2. Stage

Add sauerkraut and cover. Cook another 2 to 3 minutes. Mix in mustard just prior to removing from heat.

3. Stage
