1. 1 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened -
2. 1/3 c. Swerve confectioner's sugar -
3. 1/4 c. coconut oil -
4. 1/4 c. Unsweetened cocoa powder -
5. 2/3 c. dark chocolate chips, such as Lily's -

How to cook deliciously - Keto Brownie Bombs

1. Stage

In a large bowl beat cream cheese, swerve, coconut oil, and cocoa powder together then fold in chocolate chips. 

2. Stage

Use a small cookie scoop to form mixture into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. 

3. Stage

Place in freezer to firm, 20 minutes or until ready to serve.
