Ingredients for - Buffalo Pretzel Cheese Balls

1. 1 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened
2. 1 c. shredded cheddar
3. 4 oz. Brie, rind removed, room temperature
4. 1 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
5. 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6. 1 tsp. smoked paprika
7. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
8. 16 ROLD GOLD® Recipe No.™ 4 Zesty Buffalo Flavored Pretzel Twists, plus ½ cup crushed pretzels
9. 3 c. popped buttered popcorn, chopped
10. 1/4 c. freshly chopped chives

How to cook deliciously - Buffalo Pretzel Cheese Balls

1 . Stage

Combine the cream cheese, cheddar, Brie, hot sauce, Worcestershire, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl. Stir until well combined. 

2 . Stage

In a shallow bowl, stir together the popcorn, crushed pretzels, and chives. Using a cookie scoop, form mixture into 16 small balls. Roll balls in popcorn mixture, gently pressing mixture into cheeseballs to adhere, and transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet. Insert a pretzel stick into each cheeseball. Refrigerate until firm, 1 hour.

3 . Stage

Let cheeseballs come to room temperature 15 minutes before serving. (If not serving right away, loosely cover with plastic wrap and return to fridge.
