1. 1/3 c. cream cheese, softened -
2. 1/4 c. crushed Oreos, plus more for garnish -
3. 2 8" flour tortillas -
4. Butter, for greasing tortillas -
5. 1 tsp. sugar -

How to cook deliciously - Oreo Cheesecakeadilla

1. Stage

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

2. Stage

In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese with crushed Oreos.

3. Stage

Grease outsides of tortillas with butter. On the inside of one tortilla, slather cream cheese-Oreo mixture. Add to skillet cream cheese-side-up and top with remaining tortilla (butter-side-up).

4. Stage

Cook until golden and crispy, 3 minutes, then flip and continue cooking until golden and cream cheese mixture is warmed through, 2 minutes more.

5. Stage

Remove from heat, sprinkle with sugar, and top with remaining crushed Oreos.
