Ingredients for - Periodista (Journalist)

1. juice of 1/2 lime
2. 1 tsp. sugar
3. 1 splash apricot brandy
4. 1/2 c. apricot puree (blend fresh apricots)
5. 1 splash triple sec
6. 1 1/2 oz. Bacardi light rum
7. 1 twist of lime
8. Dried apricots, for garnish
9. Slice of lime, for garnish

Shake all ingredients over ice, then strain into a glass. Garnish with skewered dried apricots and a slice of lime.
