2. 1/2 cup pomegranate juice -
3. 1 container (6 ounces) mixed berry yogurt -
4. 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries -
5. 1 cup fresh baby spinach -
6. 1/2 medium ripe frozen banana, sliced -
7. 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries -
8. 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed -
9. Optional: Sliced fresh strawberries, fresh blueberries, flaxseed and granola -
How to cook deliciously - Power Berry Smoothie Bowl
1. Stage
In a blender, combine the first 8 ingredients; cover and process for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into chilled bowls; top as desired. Serve immediately.
