6. Optional: Sliced fresh strawberries, fresh raspberries, chia seeds, fresh pumpkin seeds, unsweetened shredded coconut and sliced almonds -

How to cook deliciously - Berry Smoothie Bowl

1. Stage

Place the milk, berries and sugar in a blender; cover and blend until nice and smooth. Add ice cubes; cover and blend again until smooth and creamy. Editor's Tip: Add the milk 1/4 cup at a time to ensure a thick consistency.

2. Stage

Divide the smoothie mixture between two bowls. Then, top with your desired toppings. It helps to prep toppings ahead of time so your smoothie bowl doesn't melt before you top it!
