1. 1 package Hillshire Farm® Chicken or Turkey Smoked Sausage -
2. 6 c. red new potatoes -
3. 1 green bell pepper -
4. 1 red bell pepper -
5. 1 large onion -
6. 2 clove garlic -
7. 1/4 c. reduced sodium chicken broth -
8. 1 tbsp. olive oil -
9. 1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves -
10. 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves -
11. 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Power Dish

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut sausage in 1/4-inch slices; set aside.

2. Stage

Place potatoes in medium saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain potatoes.

3. Stage

Combine sausage, potatoes, bell peppers, onion, garlic, and seasonings in a 12- by 8-inch baking dish; mix lightly.

4. Stage

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned and vegetables are tender.
