Ingredients for - Prosciutto and Arugula Rustica Pizza

1. 1 c. Bertolli® Arrabbiata Sauce
2. 1 large prebaked pizza crust
3. 1/2 c. shredded Fontina or mozzarella cheese (about 2 ounces)
4. 2 c. arugula or baby spinach leaves
5. 1 oz. prosciutto
6. 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
7. 1 tbsp. toasted pine nuts
8. 1 tbsp. Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
9. 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

How to cook deliciously - Prosciutto and Arugula Rustica Pizza

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

2 . Stage

Evenly spread sauce on crust, then top with Fontina cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

3 . Stage

Top with prosciutto. Arrange arugula in center of pizza, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pine nuts. Drizzle olive oil and vinegar over arugula.
