Ingredients for - Artichoke Dip

1. 2 can artichoke hearts in water
2. 1/2 c. light mayonnaise
3. 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4. 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
5. 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
6. 1 clove garlic
7. 1 scallion
8. Crudites (such as raw pepper wedges) or whole-wheat pita chips

How to cook deliciously - Artichoke Dip

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a food processor, place half the artichokes, the mayonnaise, 1/4 cup Parmesan, lemon juice, and garlic. Process until smooth.

2 . Stage

Add scallion and remaining artichokes; pulse once to combine. Transfer mixture to a 1-quart baking dish. Top with remaining tablespoon Parmesan.

3 . Stage
