1. 2 tbsp. plain low-fat yogurt -
2. 1 tsp. Dijon mustard -
3. 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice -
4. Coarse salt -
5. Ground pepper -
6. 3 oz. baby spinach -
7. 1/2 c. seedless red grapes -
8. 1/4 c. thinly sliced red onion -
9. 1 can chunk light tuna packed in water -
10. Flatbreads -

How to cook deliciously - Baby Spinach Salad with Tuna

1. Stage

In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, Dijon, and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper. Place dressing in a resealable plastic bag or airtight container. Place spinach, grapes, and onion, if using, in another airtight container (separate from dressing). Refrigerate, up to overnight.

2. Stage
