1. 2 c. fresh cilantro (leaves and stems)
2. 1 c. fresh basil leaves
3. 1/2 c. extra-virgin olive oil
4. 1/4 c. crumbled cotija
5. 1/4 c. almonds
6. 1 clove garlic
7. 1 tsp. kosher salt

In the bowl of a food processor, combine cilantro, basil, and oil and pulse until combined. Add Cotija, almonds, garlic, and salt and blend until combined.
