Ingredients for - Bruschetta Pasta Salad

1. 1 lb. orecchiette -
2. 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil -
3. 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar -
4. Kosher salt -
5. Freshly ground black pepper -
6. 1 clove garlic, minced -
7. 1 pt. cherry tomatoes, preferably multi-colored, halved -
8. 1/4 c. torn basil, for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Bruschetta Pasta Salad

1. Stage

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook orecchiette according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Stage

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper.

3. Stage

To bowl, add pasta, garlic and tomatoes; toss with dressing to combine.

4. Stage

Garnish with basil and serve.
