2. 1 15-oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed -
3. 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
4. 1 clove garlic, minced -
5. Pinch of cayenne -
6. Kosher salt -
7. Toasted pita, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Leftover Sweet Potato Hummus

1. Stage

In food processor fitted with metal blade or blender, pulse mashed sweet potatoes, chickpeas, olive oil, garlic, and cayenne until smooth.

Season with salt and serve with pita.
