1. 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips -

How to cook deliciously - S'Mores Dip

1. Stage

Assemble the dip:  Evenly spread the chocolate chips in a 10-inch cast iron or oven-safe skillet. Top evenly with the marshmallows. If you don’t have a cast iron skillet, a 9- to 10-inch baking dish will do the trick.

Preheat oven to 450°F: Position racks in the lower and upper thirds of the oven.

Bake the dip: Place the skillet on the lower rack and bake until the marshmallows soften and just start to turn a light golden brown, about 5 minutes.  Then, move the skillet to the top third of the oven and bake until the marshmallows are golden brown and toasty, about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve warm with graham crackers.
